Privacy policy
At Lume Aesthetics we adhere to the Privacy Act 2020. You have many rights regarding your personal information. We will not collect any personal information without consent. The personal information collected is what is provided voluntarily by a client or prospective client. At Lume Aesthetics we collect personal information primarily to enable us to provide clients with our services. Lume Aesthetics takes the security of your personal information seriously. We aim to protect your personal information. By supplying us with your personal information, you authorise Lume Aesthetics to contact you directly, send updates and promotional information on the odd occasion that we do so. This may include communication or information from third parties that Lume Aesthetics has association with. Please note that Lume Aesthetics is not responsible for the privacy and security practices of third parties, third parties should have their own privacy policies in place. The information we collect is stored in a secure password only generated cloud account. You can request to be removed from our mailing list for marketing purposes by messaging us directly. It is important to remember you must be 18 years or over to be eligible for treatment.

Cancellation policy
We work hard to maintain a flexible booking, to tailor your needs, but failing to cancel your appointment affects the service provider and other clients, thus resulting in implementing a $30 booking fee, this secures your appointment, it will be used towards treatment. If you fail to cancel your booking before 24 hours (with medical exculsion) you forfeit your booking fee. If you cancel before 24 hours, we will hold your booking fee, it can be stored and used towards next treatment.
